It is official, I finally set up my in-home studio, granted it is currently in our basement next to my kids’ indoor playground set. I have a new backdrop stand system, softbox continuous lights, and some reflectors. I am always keeping an eye out for cool new backdrops and props to use. I am excited to start doing more indoor portraits since I am still on bedrest.

I will be attending the Captivated By The Light seminar this weekend in Chantilly, VA! A few others from the FCC Still Life Photography group will also be attending. I am actually excited to learn from the pros (and receive the DVD set). Since I am a mother of two and currently pregnant with my third, we are also scheduled to attend the Sibling Class at INOVA Fairfax Hospital for the kids later that afternoon. So I will have to cut the seminar short and head to the Sibling Class.
